Research Interests:
I am currently investigating nuclear genes with products that are integral to mitochondrial functions; more specifically, I am seeking to indentify the genese that exhibit dose-dependent expression upon 2, 3, 7, 8 - tetrachlorodibenzo-p-dioxin (TCDD) treatment. I employ high throughput QRT-PCR and perform ED50 determinations.
