Research Interests:
I have finished the development of sulindac/LPS idiosyncratic animal model which proves that LPS potentiates drug-induced liver injury. This animal model provides us an efficient tool in the further investigation of the mechanism of IADRs. My goal for future investigation is to clarify the mechanism of SLD/LPS-induces liver injury in rats and further apply the knowledge we obtain in the animal model in the treatment of IADRs and drug discovery.
